A: The product comes with a 2-year warranty. If the remote control breaks, you can contact customer service to request a free replacement by providing your order number and a video demonstrating the issue.

A: If the product suddenly stops working, please try the following suggestions.

Q: What’s the voltage of this light?

A: This product is NOT dual voltage (100-240V). It is only compatible with 120V (US market). If you plan to use it outside the US, please prepare a suitable voltage converter.

 

Q: Minimum desk thickness for clamp

A: The optimal thickness is 5cm (2 inches). This clamp can be adjusted to the desired thickness according to your needs.

 

Q: Can I use a smart plug?

A: The control switch of our desk lamp is controlled by a remote control. There is no physical button on the lamp itself.
